The Full Story

About

Pearson Works is a multidisciplinary art and design studio founded by Nick Pearson, dedicated to the study of tension, balance, and transformation.

Through the mediums of steel and rope — materials that demand both control and surrender — the studio explores how form can express feeling.

Each piece, whether sculpted, welded, or woven, is a meditation on process: the point where precision becomes presence, and craft becomes language.

Pearson Works operates between art, design, and human experience — creating objects and encounters that invite stillness, curiosity, and awe.

Mission

To create art and experiences that embody balance through making — uniting industrial craftsmanship with human connection.

Pearson Works seeks to bridge the distance between maker and observer, inviting each person to engage with tension not as conflict, but as structure: a force that holds the world together.

Every sculpture, workshop, or session is built to inspire quiet attention, to celebrate imperfection as evidence of life, and to honor the intelligence of the hands that make.

Vision

Pearson Works envisions a future where craft and consciousness coexist — where handmade objects and embodied experiences are valued not for their novelty, but for their truth.

The studio aims to become a model for sustainable, emotionally intelligent art practice: one that nurtures craftsmanship, empowers creativity, and cultivates meaning through physical process.

Through exhibitions, collaborations, and collector relationships, Pearson Works will expand its reach across the UK and Europe — establishing itself as a destination for those who seek depth, dialogue, and design with soul.
