🧵 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

I want you to be happy with your unique, handmade artwork. However, due to the fragile and bespoke nature of many of these pieces, please read the following carefully:

🛑 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting me directly at [mrnickpearson@gmail.com]. After this period, your artwork may already be in preparation or transit, and cancellation may not be possible.

🔁 Returns

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will work together to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

For returns due to change of mind, partial refunds may be considered, depending on the item's condition. Return shipping is your responsibility, and items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping.

• Customers are responsible for any loss in value if items are not returned as originally received.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged or not as described:

• I will assess the damage via submitted photos

• I may offer a replacement (if available), a repair, or a full refund

• I will cover return shipping costs, if needed

• Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Commissioned or custom-made artwork

• Framed or altered pieces requested by the customer

• Gift cards or digital downloads

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

📦 Shipping Policy

Welcome to the practical side of art. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from my hands to yours.

🚚 Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Orders: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: May take longer depending on complexity. I’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.

• Dispatch Notifications: You’ll receive confirmation once your order is on its way.

🌍 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• UK Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail or courier, with tracking where applicable. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination. Most arrive within 7–14 business days, but customs delays can occur.

• Tracking: Provided for most orders. If tracking isn’t available, I’ll let you know upfront.

🎨 Handmade & Repeat Designs

Each sculpture is handmade, and while some are based on repeat designs shown in product photos, no two are exactly alike. They may feature unique body positions, expressions, or character details that make them one-of-a-kind.

If you'd like to see a photo of your piece before it ships, just ask—I’m happy to share.

🚫 Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it’s locked in. Why? Because I start prepping, crafting, and scheduling right away—especially for custom or time-sensitive work.

If you need to cancel, reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellations aren’t guaranteed and may not be possible. If I haven’t started work yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate. If I have, we’re past the point of no return.

🧠 A Note on Final Photos

If you request a photo of your sculpture before shipping and choose to cancel after seeing it, your refund will be partial. This compensates for the time, skill, and effort already invested in creating your unique artwork.

📦 Packaging & Presentation

• All items are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

• I use eco-conscious materials where possible, because sustainability matters.

📬 Delivery Issues

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact me and I’ll investigate.

• For lost or damaged items, I’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.

🕰 Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting me directly. After that point, I may have already begun preparing or shipping your artwork, so cancellation might not be possible.

🔄 Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Returns due to change of mind may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping is your responsibility. A partial refund may be offered depending on the condition.

• Custom or commissioned artwork

• Framed or altered pieces

• Digital downloads or gift cards

These are made just for you, and as such, aren’t eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

💰 How do refunds work?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

📮 Who pays for return shipping?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, I’ll cover the return shipping costs. For other types of returns, the customer is responsible for postage.

📷 Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, please! Especially for damage claims—it helps assess issues and ensure safe return if needed.

Silicone: No Treatment or Painted

Montana Colours MTN 94 Spray Paints are touch dry in 10 minutes and totally dry in 24 hours. These enamel based paints have great resistance and adhesion to wood, plastic, metal and ceramics. The quick dry formula used in MTN 94 spray paints is non toxic and comes in 217 colours!

HOWEVER..if I do not have the colour in stock, purchasing it new will be the only option, of which the cost will be added to your bill.
